RightSpot assists schools in ensuring a smooth dismissal process where every student's destination is clearly defined, eliminating the need for post-it notes or phone calls.

Dismissal time at schools involves various factors that can affect who should be on the bus each day, such as absences, parental pick-up requests, changes in bus stops, and after-school programs. RightSpot integrates essential information from the Student Information System with transportation data to provide bus checkers/attendants and after-school activity leaders with accurate and real-time rosters that automatically adjust to last-minute changes.

The RightSpot Tablet offers bus checkers and attendants a user-friendly tool to monitor student check-ins/check-outs directly in the field. It provides crucial information such as students permitted to walk home from the bus or authorized individuals allowed to meet the students.

Students equipped with RFID cards can independently check in/out of the bus using RightSpot's RFID solution integration, ensuring automatic tracking of date, time, and locations for accurate student accountability.

For parents, RightSpot offers a mobile application that provides real-time updates on bus schedule changes or delays, confirming their child's whereabouts without the need to contact the school directly.
